What a wonderful week we have had!
We have been reading a story called Voices in the Park By Anthony Browne. The children enjoyed writing about things they love to do in the park. We had fun taking part in different activities in the playground and writing a recount about it.
In Maths we have been adding and subtracting numbers and showing our answers using different pictorial representations.
On Friday we had a great day of celebrations for St. Paul VI. We had a lovely assembly learning about the canonization mass in Rome. Then we had an extra play with orange juice and Fairtrade treats. Our day was full of arts and crafts, making lovely flags for the celebration. The day ended with a special time in the playground where doves were released. It was so lovely to see the smiles on the children’s faces!
Home learning: One World Week learning on Peru.
Have a lovely weekend.
