I have been a Local Authority Governor since June 2018 and am a member of the School Improvement Committee and a governor with responsibility for English.
I was born in Islington but now live in Enfield where I am a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. George.
I studied at Digby Stuart College, Roehampton before starting my teaching career at St. Joan of Arc School in Highbury.
I moved to St. Mary’s Catholic Primary School, Ponders End to become Deputy Head before becoming Headteacher at the same school. In 1989 I was appointed Headteacher at St. George’s Catholic Primary School in Enfield where I served as Headteacher for 26 years.
I am married to Mark, have two children and six grandchildren.
