What did you think was waiting in the lagoon??? A hungry hippo????
Reading comprehension
Can you help? There is now a hungry Hippo in the river and will not let anybody come near the river!!! The villagers and the animals need to drink and play in the river. How will they deal with the Hippo? Singoma is thinking… He has: some thick mud, a length of jungle twine, a snake skin, two coconut shells and some sweet mangoes. How could he use them against the Hippo?? Write the next part of this story – Singoma and the Hippo! The villagers and the animals went to ask Singoma for help….
