Year 6 – 05/11/21
Thank you for attending this week’s parent consultations; it was wonderful to discuss and celebrate your children’s start to Year 6 with you.
Today we began our new RE unit – From Advent to Christmas – by thinking about the symbolism of Advent traditions, in particular the Advent wreath. They made their own wreath and wrote about the symbolism within it. Have a look at some of their beautiful wreaths:
The House Captains have been busy fundraising for the Royal British Legion by selling poppies this week. The collection box is almost full so they must have been working very hard!
