You could also use non-standard units of measure, for example: fingertips, cubes, lego…

WALT: Identify prepositions
A preposition is a word that shows the relationship between one thing and another.
It may tell you where a thing is in relation to something else. E.g. The passengers watched from inside the plane.
It may tell you when something is in relation to another event. E.g. The excitement would not end until the plane landed.
Find the prepositions in the sentences below?
Write 5 sentences that contain prepositions?
The donkey plodded through the field.
It was only a few minutes until feeding time.
Rain started to fall from above them.
They ran into the barn.
IT can be seen as computers, devices with computers inside, or things made to work with computers.
Computers: PCs, laptops, tablets.
Things made to work with computers: scanners, barcode scanners, barcode.
Find some examples of IT at your home and describe what it is used for.. work, play, communication…
