Autumn 2 Week 1

Year 3 have been busy designing their own dragons this week, which they will be writing about next week. There are some very imaginative and magical ideas developing, which I am very excited about!

In maths the children have learnt to round to the nearest 10 and 100. This rhyme has really helped the class remember the rules of rounding.

We have prayed for those who have died in our prayer reflection books and learnt about remembrance day – please watch our PowerPoint below and enjoy our art work.

It has been a very active week – starting with karate, where we learnt the correct kicking technique and how to relax and stretch our bodies in different ways. Later in the week, we played hockey. Our focus this week has been possession and passing – we are a very talented class!
