Summer 1 Week 3

This week in Year 4, we engaged in a variety of exciting learning activities. In maths, we focused on converting pence to pounds and comparing different amounts of money.

In English, we began planning a story inspired by the animation ‘The Present’, using our creativity and narrative skills.

We also celebrated VE Day, dressing in red, white, and blue, making chocolate rice crispy cakes, and meeting Nick from the Potters Bar Museum who taught us about the local impact of the war.

Today, the May procession took place in the sunshine. Thank you for your plant donations, the class gardens will look beautiful.

Have a lovely weekend,

Miss Pringle
