Welcome back, Year 6, after another beautiful weekend; I hope you all made the most of your time outside. Here’s a photo of a llama from my walk yesterday!

Evie started making the tower but then changed her mind and decided she wanted to make a robot instead!

RE WALT understand that Jesus is always with us.

Let me lead you in a guided meditation based on yesterday’s Gospel reading: The Road to Emmaus.

When you have finished listening and reflecting, write a diary entry from the perspective of one of the disciples who was walking along the road. Think about:

How did you feel before you were joined by the stranger?

How did you feel as the stranger was talking to you?

How did you feel when you realised that the stranger was Jesus?

How will this knowledge change the way you live from now on?

Science WALT identify how animals and plants are adapted to suit their environment.

Follow the powerpoint here to find out what this week’s science challenge entails.
