Year 2 Blog Week 31

It has been another busy week in Year 2! The children took part in a number of activities linked to our Spirituality Week. The theme of our Spirituality Week this year was God at the centre of our family. We started the week with a very special Grandparents Celebration Morning. The children were overjoyed to share their artwork and acrostic poems with their Grandparents.  We paired up with Year 4 to make prayer flowers and offered prayers to our Year 4 partners. Prayer stations were organised by Year 6 in which the children offered prayers through blowing bubbles, choosing a stone, creating a prayer chain for different countries and writing prayers for different people. Each day the children have spent time reflecting on their day in a Spirituality Diary.
