Week 2: 15th September

The week has flown by!
We have had a busy week. School Clubs started this week and the number of our school choir has grown due to the number of Year 4 children who have joined choir this year!
It was lovely to see so many parents at our Meet the Teacher meeting on Monday. The powerpoint used can be obtained by clicking here. Parents-welcome-meeting Y4 2017 Autumn
We have had a busy week, celebrating Roald Dahl’s birthday on Wednesday by inventing our own sweet designs and presenting them to Mr Willy Wonka to persuade him to hire us as his new inventor. The children spoke wonderfully and there were sooo many interesting sweet designs, it was a very difficult choice.

In English, we are learning about ‘Dilemmas’ from the story of ‘Lost or Stolen?’ and how their own experiences can be linked with other stories.

Home Learning is coming home today and I attach a copy of it here    home learning 15th Sept.
There will be a lunchtime homework club Monday lunchtime.
Have a lovely weekend.
