English	Wednesday 8th July 2020 WALT: Compose a conversationListen to the following version of The Ant and the Grasshopper by Wilf Merttens. Now imagine that the Grasshopper’s sister arrives in the meadow in the Spring and discovers what has happened. She goes to talk to Ant. How will the conversation between Ant and the Grasshopper’s sister go? What kind of things will Grasshopper’s sister say? How will she feel about what Ant did? What about Ant – how will he respond to the Grasshopper’s sister? Will he defend his behaviour, or will he apologise for what happened? Compose the conversation that you think would take place between the Ant and the Grasshopper’s sister.
