Autumn 1 Week 5
This week, Year 5 began our new text ‘Joan Procter, Dragon Doctor’, along with the rest of the school. Our final outcome will be to write an autobiography about her. This week for home learning, I have asked the children to research her life so that they have the information they need for writing next week. This should consist of notes about her early life and information about her roles at London Zoo and the Natural History Museum.
To understand Joan more, we took part in a reptile workshop today. I hope you enjoy the pictures! We had a great time.
